First off, there are a few things to check
- Make sure your device is connected to the internet, Dreamscape requires the internet to run!
- If you are on a mobile device such as an iPad, tablet, or phone, make sure you are playing through our downloaded app. You can find Dreamscape on the iOS or Google Play Store! The web version of Dreamscape on mobile devices is not supported.
- If you are playing on a web browser version and are seeing a frozen, purple screen, try using Mozilla Firefox to load.
- Some issues may be caused from low network speeds. Dreamscape requires the following parameters to run:
RAM: 4.00 GB
Network: Download speeds between 5 and 12 Mbps (Megabytes per second) and upload speeds between 2 and 5 Mbps.
If you do not have these requirements, this is most likely the explanation for the issues you are experiencing.
